Spaghetti Squash - No, Really!

So everyone knows that complex carbs are bad for you, which means bye-bye to pasta. Nope. Not this blogger. I love my pasta and no one is going to take it away from me! But there a way out - Spaghetti Squash! It's a vegetable, so it's totally healthy, right??

 

So here we go - Spaghetti Squash a la Versonel Air Fryer, which you can buy here.

 

 

Here is what you need:

 

An average size spaghetti squash, cut in half lengthwise and seeds removed

 

Olive Oil

 

Salt & Pepper & Oregano

 

Cherry Tomatoes

 

Parmesean Cheese

 

What you need to make spaghetti squash

 

 

Here is what you do:

 

Take 1 half of your squash and punch holes in the skin side for ventaliation

 

Turn right-side up and douse liberally with olive oil

 

Sprinkle on your seasoning to taste

 

Fill the seed void with tomatoes

 

Cook for 1 hour at 375 or until soft in your Versonel Air Fryer.

 

Use your fork to scrape out the squash and it really will look like spaghetti. 

 

And roasted tomatos - don't get me started with how AMAZING they taste! Sprinkle with parmesean cheese and YUM!
